Each project is governed by the proposal, quotation, or invoice shared with the client. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing mentioned therein shall prevail over these general terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content, images, videos, credentials, and approvals on time.
- Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain backups of their own data where applicable.
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
- Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
- Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared.
- Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as per Indian laws.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included only if specified in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Morecliq Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement exists.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, payment gateways, or other software. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.
8. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer
While we follow industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee:
- Specific Google rankings
- A fixed number of leads or sales
- Advertising approvals
- Revenue or business growth
Marketing performance depends on several factors beyond our control, including competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, and client participation.
9. Website Development
Unless specifically included in the proposal:
- Domain registration is the client’s responsibility.
- Web hosting is the client’s responsibility.
- Ongoing maintenance and updates are not included.
- Third-party plugin or software licensing fees are separate.
10. Limitation of Liability
Morecliq Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
11. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose sensitive business information except where required by law or with prior written consent.
12. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
Payments made for completed work, consultation, strategy, advertising spend, or work already performed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to:

- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
